The environmental impact of microfiber use in softlines is a growing concern. The U.S. and other countries are implementing regulations in an effort to address the microfiber issue and establish scientifically based test methods to evaluate the extent of microfiber shedding from softlines. During this complimentary webinar, UL’s Seemanta Mitra and Angela Donati will discuss the safety concerns around microfibers, how UL is working with manufacturers to evaluate microfibers and answer any questions you may have.
